  1. The poor girl on the right must have done a lot of bad things to have such a black “soul”.

All joking aside, I tend to think that black and white photos tend to be more emotive. whereas clourful photos are more seductively decorative.

  2. hehehehehehe…. You are wright. Maybe this photo is not a good illustration to this idea, but to me, it is a kind of essence of BW photography. Both are challenging. In BW photography you have to show the emotion (it is not self-created) and on the other side, when you are photographing in colour, it is not only the colour that counts. I didn’t mean to start an argue about what is better. Just to show my own way of thinking and working. By the way, the sentence above is not mine. I don’t know who wrote it. Maybe someone here can help to find out. Anyway, thank You for visiting and I hope this is not the last time. Best regards

  3. I think this is a big stereotype I can’t except. BW expresses better shadows, textures, lines, etc. Color expresses the same in different manner. It’s a different tool and author decides what and how will it do with it’s tool.

  4. It is a stereotype, I agree, but as You said, the author decides what to do whit it. I find it much more expressive to me and to my personal work. Thank You for comment.
